While the new Ford Escape offers plenty of exciting sport utility, it’s the commitment to providing the latest driver assistance and technology features that really has heads turning.
A 12-inch touchscreen dominates the dashboard, offering easy visual and ergonomic access to digital functions that include everything from climate controls to entertainment options. Drivers will also appreciate the equally sized digital instrument cluster that provides customization options for displaying tire pressure readings, speed, exterior temperature, direction and other pertinent information.
Both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto allow drivers to sync their smartphone and access favorite apps, navigation tools, news reports and audio entertainment. Optional upgrades include a wireless charging pad to keep devices topped up and a Bang and Olafson sound system with 10 speakers placed strategically throughout the cabin to optimize sound quality. The Escape can also function as a Wi-Fi hotspot with an optional FordPass subscription.
